Where We Ship:
At this time, our products are only available for the contiguous 48 United States. However, our international customers should feel free to contact us directly at email@example.com. We will respond directly, or tell you if a representative serves your country.
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we automatically reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your item is on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorization and reach out to you via e-mail.
Shipping Time Frame & Policy:
All orders are shipped directly from the manufacturer. If your order is stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will most orderw will ship within 3-4 days from the date of your order. We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 7 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at contactus@stylishlightingsource. Please expect to add 2-3 days for holiday orders.
If you need an order rushed, please email us at contactus@StylishLightingSource.com and we can make arrangements to get your order to you as soon as possible, based on the designers inventory and policies. Please email us at contactus@StylishLightingSource.com.
We cannot be responsible for or make compensation for unforeseen delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. These circumstances may include shipping company delays, customs/border clearance delays, inclement weather and natural disasters.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, contact us within 5 days with your name, order number, and reason for the return to request a Return Authorization Number.
Any items returned without a return authorization, missing packaging, parts or manuals, or with damage will be assessed a minimum 25% restocking fee.
Please inspect all items upon receipt for any damage. Any item damaged due to freight handling or factory defects will be repaired or replaced at no additional charge to you. Please e-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days with your Name and Order Number.
If you receive a damaged item, we will make every effort to replace the part or the entire item so you are fully happy with your new item. If you decide not to replace the item, then the original shipping charge is not refundable.
Canceled or Modified orders
Canceled or modified orders must be done as soon as possible. Call or email your request, we will do everything we can to assit you. If the order has been shipped we will not be able to cancel or modify the order, it would then be the customer’s responsibility to send the package back to Stylishlightingsource.com and the original return/exchange policy will be applied.
StylishLightingSource will honor all available manufacturer warranties still in effect covering manufacturer defects. Please open and inspect all items upon receipt for full warranty protection.
- We work very hard to ensure that we offer competitive prices and great customer service online. If you find another online store that offers a lower price than us within three (3) months of your purchase date please let us know and we will refund your original payment for the difference.
